Four Schools, Four Brands, One Launch
Building the complete digital identity of four new schools from zero — and opening to 1,500 people.
2021–2024 · Beehive Centre for Social Enterprises, Malawi · Marketing Manager
The problem
Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Institute was opening four new schools at once. No brand, no websites, no channels, no enrolment pipeline — and a fixed, immovable launch date.
What I did
As Marketing Manager (appointed at 24, leading a team of five across four business units), I built the schools’ entire digital existence from scratch:
- Brand: identity and brand guides for each school, coherent as a family.
- Web and email: four websites and the email systems behind them.
- Social: channel strategy, content production, and the applicant-facing journey from first impression to enrolment.
- Launch: organised the grand opening — ~1,500 attendees, including the national Education Minister and international funders.
Results
Four schools went from non-existent to fully branded, discoverable and enrolling — websites, channels, email and campaigns live — by launch day.
What it proves
I build things from zero under a hard deadline: brand systems, digital infrastructure, and the event that announces them — while managing a team.
